1. What is the QuickPlay Subscription Service?
BigFreeLotto® QuickPlay is a subscription service that plays your selected numbers in all six games automatically. The QuickPlay subscription service is optional and not required in order for you to play BigFreeLotto®. Although your chances or odds of winning are not increased or bettered with QuickPlay, it is the best way to ensure that you have that chance to win every day. With your QuickPlay subscription, we automatically check your numbers for you. You never have to worry about forgetting to play or losing a ticket. And when you win, we even automatically process a prize claim for you, ensuring that you receive your prize. You will be charged a service fee for a 30 day subscription. The service charge will be automatically renewed every 30 days unless you decide to cancel your subscription. [TOP]

2. How do I sign up for BigFreeLotto® QuickPlay service?
The easiest way to register for QuickPlay is to go to our Website and click on the largebanner to the right of our gameboard pages. You can also sign up through promotions in our results emails. [TOP]

3. How do I change my QuickPlay player profile information name, address, email address, etc.?
Click on the link in the QuickPlay results email that reads: "To edit or change the status of your subscription information, click here". You will be directed to a page that will require your password and once logged in you will be in your player profile page. Please re-enter your password. Make the changes needed. (If you have forgotten your password, please see below). Another option is to go to "Edit Player Profile" while you are on our Website. You will need to know your username and password. [TOP]

4. I forgot my password. What can I do?
In the QuickPlay results email, simply click on the link: "To edit or change the status of your subscription information, click here". You will be directed to a page that reads: You are logged in as (User Id). Click on the link "Forgot your password?" Your password will be sent automatically to the email address you used to register for BigFreeLotto®. You may also contact Customer Service at answers@BigFreeLotto®.com. [TOP]

5. How do I change my numbers?
Step 1: In your QuickPlay results email, click on the link below the results: "To edit or change the status of your subscription information, click here". You will be directed to the QuickPlay User Center. Enter your password in the space provided.

Step 2: You are now on your QuickPlay personal profile page. Re-enter your password. On this page you can change your mailing address, email address or your password.

Step 3: To change your QuickPlay numbers, scroll to the middle of the page where you will see the section marked as "QuickPlay ". Click on your QuickPlay subscription number that is active.

Step 4: On the next page click on the “Change my Numbers” button and you will be directed to the page with your chosen numbers for each game. Input the numbers you would like to play in each game. At the bottom of the page, click on “Submit”. On the next page, review the numbers and confirm. [TOP]

6. How do I cancel my subscription?
Step 1: In your QuickPlay results email, go to the following link: "To edit or change the status of your subscription information, click here". You will be directed to the QuickPlay User center where you can click to edit your QuickPlay subscription or click to see your results.

Step 2: You are now on your BigFreeLotto® personal profile page. On this page you can edit your player profile, change your password, view your recent picks, unsubscribe from QuickPlay results email and edit your QuickPlay subscription. Click on “QuickPlay subscription” to edit your QuickPlay subscription.

Step 3: To cancel your QuickPlay account, scroll to the section marked "QuickPlay subscriptions" and click on it.

Step 4: Click on the "edit" button next to the Active subscription.

Step 5: You will be asked to enter your password for security purposes. Enter your password.

Step 6: You will be asked if you want to cancel your subscription and consulted about the reason for your cancellation. Below the line “Do you wish to cancel this account?” place a checkmark in the check box which verifies that you wish to cancel your account and that you understand that you are missing out on having your lucky picks played automatically every day. Then click the “Yes, cancel it” button. You will then see an onscreen confirmation that your QuickPlay subscription has been canceled.If you do not want to cancel your account, click the “Do not cancel” button. [TOP]

7. How do you notify me that my account is going to be renewed?
Ten (10) days before the 30 day period is up, you will see a special message at the bottom of your results email informing you when your subscription will be renewed. [TOP]

8. How do you notify me if I am a winner?
The results email contains the draw results which indicate how many numbers you have matched in each game, as well as the amount of your winnings.Automatic game entries and automatic prize payment processing are two of the main features of our BigFreeLotto® QuickPlay subscription service. Because you are a QuickPlay player it is not necessary to forward a win claim to us. As of September 15th, 2008, QuickPlay US$1 and US$5 prizes are automatically paid to the winners’ credit card and will be indicated on your credit card statement as "PNI- Fast Prize Payment". These prize payments, processed as a credit to your account, will occur within 5 days of the win date.All First Prize winners and Second Prize Winners are notified by U.S. Postal mail. Prize Claim Documents need to be completed, notarized, and returned to Ledonford S.A. [TOP]

In this case, it may be easiest to subscribe to a free email account such as Yahoo or Gmail.

PLEASE NOTE: Clicking on the link to unsubscribe in the results email simply removes you from our email results distribution list, but does not deactivate your account.

You can also contact our QuickPlay Customer Service center by email. Don't include your credit card information in an email. Just let us know that you would like to change credit cards. We will arrange a time when we can call you or you can call us. Write to answers@BigFreeLotto.com. [TOP]
