1. I think I won. How do I cash my prize?
Every day you will receive a results email The message will include the results of each draw, the numbers you have matched, and, if you have won, the amount. The BigFreeLotto® results email is the sole notification of any prize winnings. Winners must claim their prize by following the instructions detailed in this email. Monthly, we process more than 25.000 prizes ranging from US$1 to as much as US$10.000.000. If you receive a notice that says ELIGIBLE next to your name it means that you can win that prize upon submitting a winning number entry in any future BigFreeLotto® drawing in accordance with the Official Rules of BigFreeLotto®. It does not mean that you have won a prize.

Like any lottery or free sweepstakes, you have to play to win. Every time you play BigFreeLotto® you will receive a play confirmation message. This message will have a subject line that reads " BigFreeLotto® Confirmation, TSN ########". The play confirmation message will contain your Transaction Serial Number which you will need to provide when you win a prize.

In summary:
1) You can't win if you don’t play
2) If you win, it is your responsibility to claim your prize in accordance with our Official Rules. [TOP]

To play BigFreeLotto®, you must be subscribed to the Website in order to receive our emails. You may have become ineligible to play BigFreeLotto® if you did one of the following:

9. Why have I not received my confirmation email and what should I do?
If you received an onscreen confirmation including a TSN Number but no email confirmation, there could be a temporary communication delay between email servers. If you never receive email confirmations, there may be an error in the email address provided by you (see “change of address” below).

From time to time, some email services are unable to deliver all of the mail they receive. However, this is not a problem because you can always retrieve the TSN for any game played in the last thirty (30) days from the "See the Results" section on our Website. This is important because you will need your TSN to claim any prizes you win.

If you did not receive an onscreen confirmation after placing your FreePlay, make sure your FreePlay gets registered. You must click on one of the advertiser's banners or answer the question to the right of the gameboard in order to register your FreePlay. To do so, look at the top of the page. Wait for the clock to stop turning. Your TSN will appear. play the next game. The number of games left to play should be decreasing (i.e: you are 2 games away from playing BigFreeLotto® Luxury Car, then 1, etc.)

Sometimes an advertiser's page covers the entire screen and obscures our confirmation information. If that happens, put your cursor at the top of the advertiser's page and drag the top of it a little lower to reveal a turning clock. Wait for the clock to stop. A confirmation number will appear as well as a Click2Win button. Click to proceed to the next game. [TOP]

10. Why am I not receiving the emails with my results and what should I do?
Important: An email from BigFreeLotto® can be worth as much as US$10.000.000 and it is your responsibility that your email address is always up to date in order to receive our messages. If you play BigFreeLotto®, we will always send your results, but we are not responsible for your any inconvenience in that your email service provider could have in delivering them to you.

In an effort to make certain that everyone receives their results, in the "Edit Player Profile" section of our Website (see Menu on top) you can register an alternate email address. By doing this, we will send you results emails to both addresses.

If you are playing our games and still not receiving our results emails it could be due to one of the following:

a) Some companies (work places) block all game emails.
b) Some email providers block multiple messages arriving to a mailbox at the same time.
c) Some email providers block all messages from particular domains.
d) Some players have accidentally blocked emails coming from winners@bigfreelotto.com Please check the filter setting in your browser.

One easy alternative is to sign up for a free Internet email account, such as Yahoo or Hotmail. You can easily change your BigFreeLotto® email address by clicking on "Edit Player Profile" at the top of our gameboard page. In this section you can also see your results and the numbers you played for the last 30 days, as well as your confirmation numbers (TSN). Another option is to simply login with your username and click on the "Results" button from the Menu. Then choose the date you would like to view, and you will see the results and the numbers you played, as well as your TSN numbers. [TOP]

11. How do I unsubscribe from BigFreeLotto® emails?
Every email we send includes instructions for the simple unsubscribing process in order to stop receiving future emails from us. You may unsubscribe from different type of emails. For example, you can unsubscribe from receiving the daily results emails but you will, however, continue to receive other emails from us to which you can also unsubscribe at any time.

If you wish to stop receiving email results from BigFreeLotto®, open a results email and scroll down to the line that reads: "If you prefer not to receive the results by email, please click below to unsubscribe" and then click on the provided link.

If you wish to stop receiving any emails at all, simply visit the Edit Player Profile page on our Website and click on the box “I no longer wish to receive any emails from BigFreeLotto®”.

IMPORTANT: If you unsubscribe from all emails, you will no longer be eligible to play BigFreeLotto® and win. If you play BigFreeLotto® subsequent to unsubscribing from all emails, you are giving Ledonford S.A. definite permission to reinstate your subscription to all mail types. This is necessary because of the substantial amount of money you can win and since your prize notifications are sent via email, it is important to respond to these emails to claim any prizes won.
